Every menu has a few dishes that regulars talk about. At Mai Thai Sushi & Ramen in Stuart, FL, two specials stand out: our crispy duck and our tempura lobster roll.

Crispy Duck Special ($25.95)

Our duck is cooked until the skin is golden and crispy while the meat stays tender. Then you choose how it is served:

• Thai Basil: stir-fried with basil, chili and garlic for a savory kick.
• Pad Thai: paired with our classic sweet-tangy rice noodles.
• Red Curry: in coconut red curry with bamboo shoots and bell pepper.
• Panang: in a rich, nutty Panang curry, the most popular match.

Lobster Roll ($30.95)

This is a sushi roll, not a New England sandwich. Tempura lobster is rolled with asparagus, cucumber and avocado, then finished with spicy mayo and masago. Crunchy, creamy and a little spicy, it is our most popular special-occasion roll.
